CALL TO ORDER
  

Deputy Mayor Stevenson called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. and acknowledged that Committee meets on the traditional land of Treaty 6 territory.

Inspector Lokken presented Committee with an update on the RCMP services within the area.

Corey Levasseur

Sarah Prescott, Project Manager, Climate Migration and Adaptation, and Richard Boyd, Director, Research, of All One Sky Foundation presented Committee with the City of Spruce Grove Climate Change Action Plan - Draft.

Committee thanked Ms. Prescott and Mr. Boyd for their presentation.

Deputy Mayor Stevenson called a recess at 8:00 p.m.

Deputy Mayor Stevenson reconvened the meeting at 8:08 p.m.

Carol Bergum, Director of Planning and Development, and Kathy Van Wyk, Project Lead - CityView Program, presented Committee with an overview and demonstration of the new CityView program.

Committee thanked Ms. Bergum and Ms. Van Wyk for their presentation.
